For George

acrylic + oil stick on paper

36 x 36

“All we have to do now, is take these lies and make them true somehow.  All we have to see, is that I don’t belong to you and you don’t belong to me, yeah, yeah…”

I usually have music on in the studio when I’m working and have been listening to George Michael’s Listen Without Prejudice.  Such a great record.  I am grateful to all artists who persevere in the face of hate and other challenges they should not have to endure.  I see you and stand with you in love and solidarity.

This original painting is on paper only (not framed/not ready to hang).  It will ship directly to you rolled in a tube or in a flat box.  If you have a preferred local frame shop, let us know immediately and we can arrange to have your painting shipped directly to them so you can pick-up locally.

Domestic shipping within the contiguous U.S.A. is included in the price of this artwork and is done via UPS (United Parcel Service).  Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery.   Contact me directly for shipping quotes to Alaska/ Hawaii/ International.
